thats what i was saying

my tsh went gradually down on high dosages of Iodine where as usual sources say it usually goes up

now as reducing iodiney tsh went up again

also on the sad diet i had 2012 i prolly didnt even get 1 mg of Iodine and my tsh was 1,3-1,5 .

all so weird.

i ll just up the dosage and see what happends. if problems r gone again in 1-2 months i might have to stay on 50-100 mg. where as brownstein said (i believe) 12,5 should be enough to maintain.
