You can use any brand of Castor oil for internal use, but cold pressed oil is always better. Palma Christi is not a brand, but a type of Castor oil. Heritage products makes this type of oil. Be careful about the dosage, 1 to 2 tblspoons does the job. My mom gave us 1 spoon in hot tea every month once on an empty stomach. It cleans your gut, but also helps removing bad bacteria.
