You should look at what can create those issues and resolve that. Candida is known to create gastritis, acid reflux, etc.
The vagus nerve can also cause decreased levels of HCL that lead to gastritis, acid reflux, etc.
I would treat both, as both are most likely involved. To do that, follow the Candida Plan and learn TRE (Trauma Release Exercises)
