EYE DOCTOR SAYS: " I will never get cataracts".
Today I visited my eye doctor to show her my cataracts, and told her I had seen some websites proudly proclaiming: "Cataracts are inevitable. We will all get them eventually, and have to have cataract surgery". But my eye doctor was adamant. "NOT ME", she said. "I will NEVER get cataracts as long as I live. I will make sure, by eating right, that my reserves of crystallins never run too low". If she's right (and I'm sure she is), it means all those websites dooming the entire world population to surgery just ain't telling the truth.
