the new ranges r 0, simething to max 3,0.

i ve had my worst probs being above 3 .

never had breasts problems being between 1-2.

maybe someone else can reply to my specific questions.

i am not exposed to massive amounts if hallogens.

none of food. i only eat whole plant foods (organic) and there is no fluoride in german water etc.
i dont swim in chlor. pools.

drive an old car. no carpets in house etc.

my exposure is minimal.

why did my tsh first lower on up to 100 mg but now rose after cutting the dosage was my primar question where as for most it rises on high dosages. thats what confuses me

and also how does tsh affect breast.
or is it coincidence?
