Very funny...you are a hoot! I'm actually glad everyone feels free to share their heart and minds ( and funny bones too!!). I take the position that if I am firm in my convictions then nothing someone else says should rock me. If it does then I need to stop and rethink my position. Because of this rather lively discussion I have done just that. Yes, I want to cleanse to help with my health, I also need to take off weight. I like what some one said about this not being a magic bullet for weight loss. They said that it is easier to fast than to eat healthy the rest of life. They hit the nail on the head for me! Thus I have become VERY motivated to make a plan for after the cleanse to ensure future success! This cleanse is the beginning of my new journey!The bottom line is that the cleanse works and I feel grateful to all the brave souls who went before me and still take the time to encourage and give advice!
