short summary


after a change of diet in 2012 i became Iodine deficient
and my TSH raised from 1,3 to 3,6
also i developed cycle related lumps / swelling and pain in my breast which
started to appear after my ovulation untill my period was over.
also i had enormous itching at nights at my shins.

so i began taking Iodine and co factors bout a year ago. upped my dosage up to 100mg in march or april i believe. in may or so untill july i ve had no issues. no lumps, no pain. in june i believe, i ve lowerd my dosage back to 12,5. at this point my TSH was already back to 1,9 (pretty good).

last two months i ve had a little sore breasts 2-3 days before my period.
and this months it even started BEFORE my ovulation.

i blame me reducing the dosage and upped it up to 50 again
and might even up it to 100 soon.

but what i dont understand is, how my tsh levels went
so nicely down, even though ppl say its normal that it even
rises at the beginning and that it rose now. after 1 year.

can my lowering also cause tsh to spike up so fast?
last test with 1,9 tsh was in june....

and then does tsh affect the breast tissue so much?

or did those two problems just appeard again by coincidence and r not really related .?
