So why does the tapping work? Simple, the tapping is only a signal to the subconscious mind to go to work.

You don't have to physically tap. If you are among other people you can use imagery. The minds eye.

This works, I use it. Like everything else, practice makes perfect.

Robert smith who came to EFT from NLP [neuro linguistic programming] teaches a faster tapping method, but claims that all he has to do is take a deep breath [with the problem in mind] let it out and say peace.
