Today is my first day without drinking soft drinks. I drank water all day long and a little gatorade with lemon juice with my Oxypowder . I'm slowly going to change my diet. No more fast food, only home cooked food, fruits and veggies. I've been eating fast food too long to miss it and I just got a Brita tap water filter for clean water.

I'm determined to get rid of this back, bum and shoulder acne. I hate it.
