and...general fasting and Water Fasting are no fun to read. maybe they could start a "people who are on on the Master-Cleanse but don't strictly adhere to the guidelines" forum. but then, where would all of the good flaming go?

but, i do have a question for whoever can answer. i'm going to a wedding this weekend and then to bermuda and then to mars and i don't know when i should start my Master-Cleanse and what is the P and the B and can i use season salt and frozen lemonade and black pepper and coffee con azuca? what about my prozac and my lithium and my anti-psychotics and my eczema, and umm, oh yeah, i saw ropes and took them out of the bowl and touched them and hosed them off in my kitchen sink and i can't believe it, i really can't.

just kidding. everyone have a nice day. i will be spending mine with mr. dickens and that poor dear oliver twist.
