exactly!
this forum is for master cleanse in its basic layout SUPPORT.
it is not for us to decide it it needs an *update * or not.

it works fine as it is.. and to accommodate those that wished to
write their own version, or add tos,
the general fasting forum was created.

so that those here who are sincerely trying to follow the true version of Dr. Burroughs cleanse
not get confused by all the misinfo that might get construed.

esp newcommers to the cleanse .. when they see jack drank coffee..
jill had blueberry juice twice a day lol
someone else had brothe for lunch each day..
etc NO!
those kind of adds belong on the general fasting forum

*pulp* from fresh squeezed lemons is allowed on the cleanse 8)

if you feel a desire to *rewrite* the cleanse,
it needs to be taken to the general fasting forum
anything UNSUPPORTIVE of the basic master cleanse as far as
what can be used etc.. that deviates from what you specifically do while ON the cleanse is not within posting guidelines
and as such , may potentiallly be transfered to general fasting forum. or hidden.
for the sake of non confusion for those that wish to follow the true master-cleanse ala Dr. Burroughs.
