Good advice would be to do a colon cleanse and add back the probiotics at the same time. Eat any fermented food or take a good probiotic out of the health food dairy case.

Zymex 11 only aids digestion. I would be safe to take at any time.
You could do slippery elm tea, too, as that heals the digestive tract.
