I wonder what's in the bread...................

Very little bread is eaten here. There is a loaf in the kitchen that has been here for at least 4 weeks and it is just as soft as the day we bought it, and not the first sign of mold. I am afraid to eat it because I have no idea what is in it. I keep it around to see just how long it does last.
