one-i follow the rules of the Master-Cleanse becuz they're the rules. kinda like being at work on time.

two-i am trying to figure-out what i can eat with The Master Cleanser every day of my life becuz it makes me feel so good, maybe these little, yellow watermelons with the striped skin. that would be heaven. and those organic bananas in all of their blessed plumpness.

and three-these posts are infinately much better to lurk about and read than "i'm on hour thirty six, help" and "it was a rope, i swear it was a rope."

and it's not oxy-something, it's Oxypowder don'tcha know.
