I fasted on the 100% organic apple juice for one entire day. I literally drank it ALL day, consuming a ton of apple juice and also water to keep hydrated. At the close of the evening, I drank a mixture of 1/2 cup xvirgin olive oil and 1/2 cup lemon juice. Then hop directly in bed and fall asleep on your right side. If you don't have BM in the morning, do an enema. I've never had to.
