I thought I would just share this -

This afternoon I saw some people at work who haven't seen me for awhile - three different people raved about how great I looked! I told them I had lost 35 pounds over the past year and of course they wanted to know how. Unfortunately, I am already considered enough of a weirdo at work (I'm a vegetarian and an active animal rights activist, enough said!) and I didn't want to make myself even more of an oddball and talk about the MC, so I just said I was eating less, including fruit until noon (which is true, but...)

They all remarked about how healthy I looked and that my face looked thinner but not saggy the way some faces do when people lose a lot of weight. One of them said I didn't look 43. :) And they aren't people who would have any ulterior motive for complimenting me.

I have about another 35 lbs to go to get to my good weight and I expect to take that off over the following year, doing my MC's every three months the way I have been doing.


Anyway, just wanted to share this experience that is due directly to the Master-Cleanse and this great forum. :) Happy fasting everyone, it is REALLY worth it!!!
