Hello,
I posted on a similar query a month ago. I cannot tolerate supplements; vitamin D,C,B's anything, without a reaction; sweats, hairloss, thyroid gland problems.
I am afraid that I am not that well educated as most are on here, but recognise the need for good nutrition.
Would it be fair to say that I also possibly have adrenal problems? I am female in early fifties.
