I am leaning toward starting tomorrow. I just really want to do this and now seems as good of a time as any. I tried to quit coffee over the summer and had a horrible time of it. First 3 days were full of headaches, 'surprise naps'(a sudden need to put my head down on a pillow!!) and dizziness. I caved in!!!

Am wanting to not be a slave to coffee anymore along with wanting to improve myself in any way that I can. I feel so drawn to this cleanse. My diet is pretty good...I only eat veggies, fruit, nuts and fish (as much raw as possible). Am hoping to go 'all-raw' after this cleanse.

My goal is to reach 30 days.
