So sorry for all you are going through. Many people have abused themselves and yet restored their health. I suggest you look into Nutritional Balancing via hair mineral analysis. The hair test would show what's going on in your body, and a trained practitioner would know how to help you. I have my hair tested by Analytical Research Labs, www.arltma.com. And I work with a Dr. Wilson-trained practitioner. Check out Dr. Wilson's site, www.drlwilson.com.

If you want to PM me, I can share more. Also, checking out the Nutritional Balancing forum would educate you. It's not a very active forum, though. I am in a FB group that is very active. You do have to be working with a Dr. Wilson-trained practitioner to be accepted into the group, though.
