I suspect I have advanced adrenal fatigue. I am a 23 year old male.

Every time I have attempted to consume hormonal supplements such as glandular extracts or thyroid medication, my body reacts terribly and it worsens my symptoms. I have attempted adrenal glandular supplements, levothyroxine etc. Even minimal doses tend to trigger extensive symptoms. I typically stop taking the supplements after a day a two.

Any one else here with similar experiences? Should I just be patient and wait for my hormones to adapt and adjust?

Please do not recommend dietary changes or detoxes, as I have seen no improvement with either. Vitamins and minerals also appear to do nothing, including high doses of vitamin C and vitamin D.
