Good question, Trapper! I will post in the Iodine forum from now on. But, just let me add the two other life changers that happened early on--being much calmer (could be why I seem happier!) and not nearly as stiff when I wake up in the morning. I shouldn't be--no Arthritis or anything. Boron? Need to research that. Not sure if I can get that where I am...thanks for your reply!
