i use this enema kit

is this okay to use for the cleanse and the retention enema? i bought this one to use for coffee enemas to help cleanse my liver.

why do u recommend the smaller enema to cleanse? i assumed we needed more than 8 oz of water to do an effective cleanse. im a bit confused.

with the smaller ones u cant really lie down and relax. im guessing its more of a quick cleanse.
