One issue with too much alcohol is that people add sweeteners to their drinks. The other issue is that too much alcohol in one sitting is going to kill good microbes in your stomach and small intestine. One drink might help with digestion, but as you pile on the drinks, you errode the good flora that keeps the PH and candida in check.
