So I'm very new to Iodine but I saw how much success some people were having with it for many different ailments so I figured I'd give it a try. I have been using Lugol's 5% 16 drops a day with 1/4 tsp Borax and co supplements and although I have seen a lot of mucus come out in stools, I feel that my Candida symptoms have been getting worse. Has anyone experienced this? My oral thrush has worsened along with itchier eyes and my jock itch seems to be more sensitive than usual. I've experienced die off before but not sure about this.
