I know some people taking more than that with no problems. But I'm not sure how accurate it is to measure the needed dosage via that warm feeling in the stomach.. Whereas some people may feel the burning sensation after one pill due (not to adequate stomach acid production but) to a thinned stomach lining that makes them sensitive to even a small dose of HCL, you may not be experiencing it because you have a thick stomach lining. Do you still have symptoms of hypochlorhydia with the amount you're currently taking?
