threads like this are helpful, no matter what. :-) skeptics, go for it! i've been doing Iodine now for a week and have had two days of rough detoxing, but in the more extended periods where i'm able to rid my body of toxins (in my case probably a lot of fluoride from cipro and levaquin, in addition to mercury from fish), i am feeling better than i have in years. hills and valleys. what matters most is safely getting well, and for that i thank you all.
