I have done the Master-Cleanse before and lasted the 10 days last year. I used this forum alot and in my readings noticed that a few people drink the lemonade during the day and then eat dinner at night. Not a huge dinner. I have about 40 pounds to lose and am on Weight Watchers and am extremly busy. What are your feelings about having the drink during the day. Any thoughts would be helpful. I know there are going to be people out there who will think this is blasphemous (sorry I am a bad speller) .....and I am sorry for that!
