I am 83 and colds, flu and for most people when I was growing up had colds, flu and worse every damb year like clock work.

Most happened every winter-spring when few foods with vitamin ‘C are available. No body new anything about vitamin ‘C’ then. World wide plagues followed the same pattern and starvation made it worse.
In1962 I started ‘C’ and a complete vitamin, and mineral regimen. Have not had a cold, flu or any disease since.
