Hello Haddasa,
I am sitting here with the Amla Oil and Vatika Coconut on my hair (as an hot oil treatment)! I also added Jojoba Oil and Argan Oil as I heard they are also amazing for your hair. Would you recommend?
I did an Amla hot oil treatment for the 1st time last month as my Sisterlocks were starting to look dry and dull. I have had my locks for 4 years (after wearing weaves for 16 yrs)and only recently have they started to look dry, so I thought I'd better do a treatment. After doing lots of research (due to losing a lock for the first time in 4 yrs from my weak spot) I decided to search Youtube for advice and came upon the Amla/Vatika etc. This is what I did: An overnight Amla hot oil treatment, shampood the following day, followed by an Apple Cider Vinegar rinse. I left the ACV on for 2 hrs (plastic cap & towel) then rinsed off with cold water. My hair looked so good and felt so clean and fresh.
This time instead of just using the Amla, I have mixed the oil with the Vatika, Jojoba and Argan Oils and plan on sleeping with it overnight. Tomorrow I will shampoo and do the Apple Vinegar rinse again. What do you think of this regime Haddasa?
Do you do the hot oil treatments, or just out the oils on your scalp?

Also what conditioner would you recommend?

Thank you very much.

Verona
