A question for DQuixote

You mention adding one part lobelia (or mullein) extract to five parts Colloidal Silver . I recently made tinctures of both lobella and mullein using vodka. I was thinking of substituting your measurements for extract with these tinctures I made but my concern was if I could inhale alcohol into my lungs. So, I just looked up "lobella extract" and found that it too is made with alcohol. I discovered that extracts are a stronger concentration (1:1 ratio compared with my tinture of 2:1 ratio). My question is: is your extract made with alcohol as well? And, would you think it a good substitution using the tincture rather than an extract?
