Hi. I hate doing it that way thats why! The apple juice i was drinking was a very sour 50 percent one. Try different ones to see which is the most sour.!I wiuld take. Like 4 days drinking like lots of apple juice then. I would take an epson salt dose the day before. Then the usual doses. However be warned ! You can faint doing it this way. As i have done numerous time. Nothin but apple juice requires some fruit aswell. To get extraelecttrolytes. I was wondering if there was a. Better way.likea cokeflush for instance.
