My daughter gets yeast infections and terrible irritation in that area. I made her a spray that has some essential oils in it like lavender, chamomile, frankincense, and a few others in fractionated coconut oil. I had one in a lotion and one in a spray. She said that it felt good and it was soothing. Plus I think I had clove in it so that if there was pinworms they would not come out as readily at night. Hope that helps.
