Actually that is wrong. You put a half kilo of honey and a 1/3 kilo of seeds and mix. Wait 24 hours and then see if it is too thick. The seeds will swell. Only use fine ground seeds in the honey. No do not refrigerate. You can make tea and that is very good. 1 tsp of seeds to one cup of water, bring to boil. Put the seeds next to your stove and add the seeds to everything you cook. Not a lot but enough.
