Hi, I've done the Master-Cleanse before a few times. But this time around, it seemed like the Cayenne pepper is getting to me more.

I would love to do this again. But each time, it seems like I am just throwing up the cayenne pepper. It is too much for my stomach. I am taking it in capsule form. I know there is no way I can mix it with my drink even if doing so at the last portion of my drink.

Any suggestions? Also, I am taking 1 capsule per drink averaging 6 caps. I think 10 will be way too much.
