hi, mikeyoung - yes, the lavi sinus wash is helpful. i've been adding probiotic (healthy) bacteria from sauerkraut, since i read that l. sakei bacteria are resident in sinuses of healthy people. it's working, but requires some diligence. will continue to keep you all updated.
