I can't stand liquid oil of Oregano either but I take a capsule of it everyday. It keeps me well.GNC brand, I used to have the flu, severe flu 3-4 times a year. I've been well for 2 years now. Coconut oil has stopped the excessive mucus in my throat. It's like a miracle for me. I Don't have to clear my throat continuously anymore to talk. 1 teaspoon per day.
