You did not list many symptoms. With AF/AI I'd expect some extra moodiness around "that time of the month" and maybe if you had not eaten in a few hours.

You might have more brain fog, urinate more frequently and have more temperature fluctuation.

There are some adrenal self tests you could try. I think one involves blood pressure upon standing. Another involves shining a flashlight in the eye. Dr Rind's site also has temperature graphing. Sorry don't have a links handy.
