Why post Debate, in a Support forum ?

It makes no sense to me, that webmaster makes debate forums and support forums separate, then to bring in a debate on a support forum goes against what the webmaster wants.

Many people do not go to debate forums because they are full of crazy paranoid postings. Many avoid debate forums altogether!! Now, you bring a debate to a support forum.

Why ?
