Anybody here done the castor oil flush (60 ml w 100 ml of orange juice)? Did anybody experience anything negative? What type of brand did you use? I noticed almost all the bottles ive looked at in my local whole foods have the "only for external" use warning on them. Would the NOW brand of this work?
