hello!

I am on day 2 of a modified cleanse. i have substituted the lemon for apple cider vinegar. yesterday i completely left out the syrup. today i again did not take any syrup at all but i did have some molasses and some wheat germ oil... i was curious if anyone else had ever fasted while ingesting wheat germ oil before, and would also be curious about people who have fasted and ingested coconut oil, however, even though for this fast I think I would very much like to stick with the wheat germ oil, perhaps!!! i feel so far like the wheat germ oil has given me a lot of energy...
