I am looking to cleanse my liver and gallbladder. But from the studying I have done in the past, I thought Dr. Richard Schultze, if I recall correctly, promoted disintegrating the stones as a much safer way of cleansing them (if a person has them). I was wondering if there are simple ways that people know of to disintegrate them rather than pursue having them removed through colon, please?

Also just general outline of ways to cleanse liver/gall-bladder, and then ways to "feed" it well/strengthen it... SIMPLY and EFFECTIVELY? THANKS!
