N-Acetyl Cystein is proven to reduce egg load over time. I take this every day along with MSM every day. I have also like you tried various rounds of pharma, and have also bombarded my body with herbs. To a degee they have worked, but you leave one egg behind and you know the rest of the story. These worms lay thousands of eggs every hour. I would start taking NAC every day if you haven't already. Do not think of suicide any more. The worms are just worms, I can guarantee almost everyone has them at one point of their lives, most people have large loads.
