In doing some reading it seems Iodine can cause hypothyrodism in high doses. I wish this fact was made aware more. High doses are constantly recommended. People should be more careful. I know in saying that I'm going against the majority of this forum but that's how I feel.
I'll only be taking 6.25-12.5mg a day.
12.5 is 90 times the RDA even if some think the RDA is low.
