Does this protocol work? I bought 300 grams of ALA but seeing no positive reviews here I just wonder, does this really work?

I took my Amalgam feelings out 20 years ago. BUt all my problems are around sinuses, mouth, throat, so I suspect this could be it

Can somebody tell me if they were cured, I see some people got worse
