Hello All,

For any members who may have been mislead by earlier posts about the multitude of reasons for using, or NOT using the Master Cleanse. Losing weight via the Master Cleanse, is in fact endorsed by Stanley Burroughs, The Master Cleanse Creator himself.

I finally found my copy as I was relying on the posts here & from memory. Anyway, if you are wondering if it is a healthy & excellent way to weight-loss please read pages 13-14. Mr. Burroughs clearly states that The Master Cleanse is a safe, effective method for reducing weight. And he adds.......much more! Yes of course it's much more. All health remedies work on many different levels.

I recommend that everyone purchase the book since what many people are posting are simply their own opinions about what The Master Cleanse is to be used for & how it is to be done. That's fine but I personally feel it is only fair to state that this is an opinion & not according to Master-Cleanse protocol. We should all remember that NOTHING IS WRITTEN IN STONE. In my humble opinion, dogma is bad for education, religion & for health as well. Yet I personally feel that it is best to have the actual SOURCE of the Master Cleanse available to you so that when you read conflicting info, or when you are being made to feel guilty about why you have chosen to do the MC, you can handily refer to the good book itself. It only costs about $7.00 U.S. dollars & we've all blown that amount on a pathetic movie, or a six pack of beer.
