Yesterday I was feeling a little better, so I decided to put some lemon in my water. I'm on a very, very strict diet right now. After taking a few sips of the lemon water, I felt my joints stiffen almost immediately. They started making cracking and popping noises. And I crashed very badly. I have no idea why the lemon bothers me so much. Another thing is supplements. I can't take any, any at all, or else my symptoms will rev up.
