Is it safe to use Platelet Rich Plasma to inject into Jaw Cavitation Sites?

I just spoke with a retired dentist (apparently here in Canada they take your license away if you use a Cavitat machine!) and she tells me how Platelet Rich Plasma can contain other unwanted pathogens in the plasma after spinning (eg. Lyme spirochete)
