Hi hanna, I had laser before, and it didn't do much except hurt me and give me a lot of false hope. I had 5 sessions.

I don't really like reading about scars too much on curezone because I always end up at plasticats posts which are incredibly depressing.

I know that there are other things I can do. Fasting can help scars heal but at the moment I'm putting a lot of hope on iodine. I don't mind if my indented ones don't heal, they're not that bad.

Some people get rid of red marks with liver flushing, so that must help worse scars a bit too.
