THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That was definitely helpful. I will check out everything you suggested. The drugs did not work for me, and I was on a lot of them -- Paxil, Wellbutrin, Cymbalta, Effexor, Celexa, Lexapro. Ug! I can't believe none of them worked. Says a lot, huh? I'm so grateful for your lengthy reply. How long did it take before your lifestyle and diet changes kicked in?
