Hi Fusion,

I don't think you have the right book because I' m pretty sure Burroughs is against any bee products - he hates honey, anyway. What's the difference between bee pollen and honey?

I have never worried about probiotics, etc. so I can't help you there. I figure if eat healthily, my body will figure out what to do. :) I think you can start eating whatever you want now, but still eat lightly.
